About
MEET TIMOTHY P. BOGNER
One of the first things Attorney Bogner is likely to tell you is “call me ‘Tim,’ please.” Giving clients first-rate service that is also respectful and personable is our top priority at the Bogner Law Office. That business philosophy is the end result of his experiences that trace a path through humble upbringings, through law school, and ultimately to Ohio.
Tim was raised in Winfield, Kansas as the son of working-class parents who were looking for an industry other than farming in which to make a career. After law school, he moved here to Ohio with his wife, Ann, and the two live in Plain Township with their two dogs, three cats, and twenty-nine fish.
He held positions at Macala & Piatt, LLC and Baasten, McKinley & Co., L.P.A. Mentors at these firms provided vital experience with Employment Law, Employment Benefits, Public Sector Labor Law, and Estate Planning. In 2017, Tim opened his own office focusing predominantly on Title Research for mineral interests and Criminal Defense law. Since then, he has added Domestic Relations Law to his repertoire.
Beyond the Courtroom
When not working on a case, Tim can be found doing yard work, going for a jog, roping friends into a home-improvement project, or barbequing for those same friends as payment for their efforts. He also volunteers at events for the Autism Society of Greater Akron when not studying Spanish or reading.
